Delta College Music Classes

Concerts for Music 4

Please make sure you set aside time to attend 3 required concerts. Failure to complete the concert reports will make it nearly impossible to pass this class. Please refer to the syllabus for concert requirements. Also, keep in mind that for each day you are late there will be a 5 point reduction in points. If you are more than 3 days (weekends included) late you will get some points but it will be considered a failing grade. The concerts I have listed are cheap, local and represent some of the best ensembles and musicians in the region. You may attend other classical concerts performed by the San Francisco Symphony, Modesto Symphony or Sacramento Philharmonic, but you will pay more and the travel time will be greater. Please check with me before you attend a concert that is not listed.

Concert Report Deadlines are listed in the syllabus.
